How long does an AWS cloud migration take?

We sequence the migration in stages with a validation gate at each one, and the schedule is written into the proposal before work starts.

What do you need from us to start an AWS cloud migration?

Read access to the current environment, an inventory of the workloads and data in scope, and a technical contact who can answer questions about how systems are actually used. We handle discovery from there and come back with a staged migration plan. You do not need AWS expertise in-house to begin.

What support do you provide after the migration is complete?

After cutover we run a stabilization period where the same engineers who moved the workloads watch cost, performance, and pipeline health against the baseline. Beyond that, support is optional: some clients keep a retainer for ongoing DataOps, others take the runbooks and operate the environment themselves. Either way the AWS account, the code, and the documentation are already yours.

How is an AWS cloud migration priced?

We scope it on an engineering call first, then send a proposal priced against the actual workloads, data volumes, and cutover constraints involved. Most migrations run as a fixed-scope engagement, and ongoing DataOps or support runs as a retainer. We do not publish rates because a migration priced without discovery is a guess.
