ABOUT US // OUR PEOPLE

The heart of HyScaler.

Every project we ship has real people behind it, and we would rather you know them by name. These are the people you will actually meet: the ones who lead the work, build it, and answer for it.

  • Devadatta Sahoo Devadatta Sahoo // CEO Co-founded HyScaler and still runs it closer to the work than the title suggests. Clients bring decisions here, not just status updates, and the answer usually comes from someone who has read both the code and the contract. The habit of showing up for the team is the part that never changed. LinkedIn
  • Brandi Hardman Brandi Hardman // VP, Sales and Strategic Partnerships Owns the promise before the work starts, and stays accountable for it long after. Scoping an engagement honestly matters more here than winning it twice, and the partnerships worth building are the ones that still make sense a year in. LinkedIn
  • Pitabas Behera Pitabas Behera // Director, Technology and Delivery Co-founded HyScaler and owns technology and delivery, which means the plan and the thing that actually ships are held to the same standard. The first question raised is usually whether an approach survives contact with production, often before anyone else has thought to ask. Risks get flagged early here rather than explained late. LinkedIn
  • Jacque Watkins Jacque Watkins // VP, Sales and Strategic Alliances Connects teams that need engineering with the people here who do it. Understanding the problem comes before pitching anything, and an alliance is judged on what it delivers rather than what it announces. LinkedIn
  • Charlie Breeding Charlie Breeding // VP, Sales and Strategic Partnerships A West Point graduate whose habits show in how an engagement gets set up. Expect a working conversation rather than a pitch: straight answers about what HyScaler should take on, what it should not, and who will actually be doing the work. LinkedIn
  • S. Swayamjyoti S. Swayamjyoti // Scientific Advisor Advises on the science behind the engineering, which matters most when a client asks whether an AI approach will actually hold up. The questions raised here are the uncomfortable ones: what a model is really doing, what the evidence supports, and where the honest answer is still not yet. LinkedIn
  • Sankalp Mishra Sankalp Mishra // AVP - Engineering Owns what ships and what happens to it after release. Reviews land before deadlines here, and the standard holds whether the work is an AI agent running in production or the platform underneath it. LinkedIn
  • Tanushri Kamilla Tanushri Kamilla // AVP Operations Runs the difference between a plan on a slide and a team that can actually deliver it: staffing, schedules, and the unglamorous machinery that keeps engagements on track. Ask anyone here and the answer comes back the same way: the door is open, and usually already walked through. LinkedIn
  • Subrata Kumar Rout Subrata Kumar Rout // Technical Lead - II Close enough to the code to review it, senior enough to be answerable for what ships. Design decisions get argued here before they get written, and the small stuff gets caught long before a client would ever see it.
  • Alok Kumar Alok Kumar // SDE - I Builds and ships the software clients actually use, and treats a code review as the cheapest place to find a problem. Give the team a hard ticket and this is one of the people you will find somewhere in the middle of solving it.
  • Sandip Satyajit Behera Sandip Satyajit Behera // SDE - I Writes the software behind the work and keeps to the habits that make it last: read the requirement twice, test the edge case, leave the codebase better than it was found. The quiet part of shipping, done properly.
Your name here. HELD FOR YOU

We saved a plate for you.

That empty slot is not a design accident. If these look like people you would be happy to build with on a Monday morning, we would love to put your face beside theirs.
